Training Mode v2.0 Beta 3

Main changes are the addition of DI Draw (DI updates live while in hitlag. Combine with frame advance to visualize DI possibilities (Tournament Mode -> DBLevel = DEVELOP)) as well as a fix for the bug that would affect all matches which caused a crash at a random time.
I'm hoping to pair this DI Draw code with an event to practice DI. Not sure exactly what the event would entail but I'd like to have one to make it easier to see the effects of DI.
