last minute blonde bush (preview)

It was my last day in Bogotá, nothing more to do than to wait until we could finally go to the airport and sleep till Spain.

Bogotá is a huge city but, at least for somebody who doesn't know what insiders maybe know, it is also a very boring city. 

There are no street cafés where you could relax a bit and look at the people walking by, especially the reportedly very beautiful young women of Colombia with the long black hair and the very round buttocks, because they either stay at home or go with the car from point A to point B and you never see them.

There are also no inviting streets to stroll around. All is big streets for cars that eat up the last little bit of air that remains at this altitude. 

All you can do is to go into one of the shopping areas where yes there are cafés and bars - and where you feel as if you were in a shopping center in Paris or Zürich or Barcelona or any place in the world: the same shops, the same bars, the people vested and looking the same as everywhere. 

So, after being twice to such shopping areas there was nothing left to do than to hang around in the hotel room or lobby and to wait. And wait.

You can imagine that I was very happy when Claudia called, you know, the blonde young woman I photographed during my first stay in Bogotá: you have seen her on the terrace of my hotel. Since then, almost a month ago, her blond bush has grown (she even didn't shave her armpits). She was keen on another photo session and, of course, I thankfully agreed.

As a bit a fraidy-cat that I am I stayed at a quite expensive hotel in one of the safer neighborhoods of this giant city. The room was big and comfortable, nothing to complain, but well: it was a hotel room and looked like a hotel room: a chair, a bed... 

The window was large but not too much light entered because in approx. 4 meters distance there was the wall of the next building and so I had to take the photos with ISO 1600. It isn't that much, but the sensors noise is already quite visible.

I told Claudia that this time I want to see a bit more of her, want to portray her more openly and the series, above all the series for my Special-patrons, show that she didn't let me down :-)

I like Claudia's beautiful face, her long hair, her lovely feminine body and, I believe I talked about that already in another post, that she is a thoroughly Colombian woman but not at all representing the image of a "latina girl" that most of us have. She doesn't fit the stereotype, but I can assure you: she is a Colombian latina as can be!

It is almost kind of ironic, that the first blonde bush I have seen and photographed since many years is of all things a South-American woman, where one thinks about black hair and milk-coffee colored skin, and not a pale white young girls body as if we were in Sweden. (Should I ever go to Sweden, I wouldn't wonder anymore if there I'd find the darkest bushes ever :-) ).
