more from the last day in Bogotá (preview)

Yes I know, I was complaining about the boring waiting for the flight home the last day in Bogotá, but then again I remember that I was accompanied during this journey by a very very lovely young woman, Priscilla, and as one can clearly see in the series I just uploaded for Power-Patrons and up, we used the waiting time in a quite happy, easy-going way.

I must say that in those days where we are bombarded with frightening propaganda from all sides (and other people are bombarded wit real bombs, very sadly) I feel a bit nostalgic and, although I try to keep this propaganda-talk out of my mind as much as possible and not to be affected too much, there is some pressure that I feel.

I am very aware that this pressure in my chest is kind of hypocrite. Let's face it: there is war all the time in this world. Every day since I live, civil people are killed in big numbers. It isn't even the first war in Europe as "they" like to repeat all the time now. In theory, of course, I feel with all the victims of war, not matter of what country is affected, if they are Arab, or African, or Southamerican, or European, or what ever.  But to be honest I must confess that it is very seldom that I think about war and its victims in my everyday live, and even less it frightens me personally. Although there is no difference in the acts.

The difference is that now all politicians open their mouths as wide as they can to shout out their war cries, that this war is permanently in the news wherever you look, whatever you hear. On the other hand it is not the first time that we were "on the beginning" of WWIII or at the border of a nuclear disaster. Every time the threat went by. I hope it will be the same this time.

Despite of the cruelty that every war brings with it, I try to keep up my hope. And my good humor. And my lust to provide you with images that express happiness, lust, joy of life, beauty, sensual excitation... - the things that make our lives worthwhile.

I hope that you and your friends are well and that also the images of today fill your mind with beautiful thoughts!
