September 2024 Patreon Sketch: Refined Gem

So now feels like a good time with how big the backlog of ideas has become and needing a moment to think of new good ones. So I tried to grab some of my favorites, ideas to refine, redux ideas, fun ychs, and a bit of everything from tf to paws and sex!
