I love that the fact grinch’s mechanical knowledge was carried over to the 2001 movie it’s nice to know that Ron Howard has knowledge and respect of Seuss lore as opposed to the 2003 cat in the hat movie which did whatever the hell it wanted

2021-09-16 22:07:12 +0000 UTCI think this short got the Grinch confused with the cat in the hat because the so called Grinching was more like the cats mischeifious antics (though abit more mean spirited) I would have loved to see the cats slightly more impish nature be the cause of the problems and the Grinch’s response be much more consistent and meaner rather than just these practical jokes. Maybe something more like the contraption from Grinch Night.
