November YCH Winner and Update

Comics and major redraws take a bit for sure haha. Nothing should be late even if this month was a bit rough on the schedule and workflow, just a bit tight again.
While I finish those I wanted to prepare the YCH as well to give the winner some time to notice and get the refs or info to me so that I may expedite that one as well!
