outlook - important changes in gallery access

Here I am sitting at the computer, uploading 4 large series of wonderful/beautiful/playful... Priscilla playing in the whirlpool and instead of diving again into the warm water together with "my" hot girl, I dive into warm (and hot) memories.

Memories. Since February 2017 I publish on my Patreon on a regular basis. Meanwhile I have published 40272 Photos in 891 series (without counting the 201 photos in the 4 new series coming today :-) ) of 87 wonderful models, plus 66 short videos. And until now all this huge archive was immediately accessible by anybody who subscribed.

I think this is not fair.

First and foremost, it is not fair to my loyal patrons who have been supporting me with regular contributions for a long time, if someone who, for example, subscribes to the "Special" level just once, gets access to the complete archive for this one contribution, for which the real supporter has been paying for many months.

Secondly, the price of $35 for a constantly growing gallery of over 40k exclusive images is just plain ridiculous and way too cheap.

That's why this will change now:

Starting next week, new subscribers will only get access to the new content of the current subscription period and to the last 6 months of the gallery archive of the subscribed level. If the subscription is renewed without interruption, access to the archive will be extended every month for another 6 months.

At the Special level, this means the patron gets access to over 4,000 additional photos for each additional month of subscription.

Patrons who subscribe for only one month, or drop in for a month once in a while, will still find a generous offer: everything new during their subscription period and an average of about 4000 photos [at Level Special] from the previous 6 months. But to get access to the entire archive and e.g. to all series of their favorite models they have to extend their subscription a bit.

I think it's a fair offer that on the one hand offers new subscribers lots and varied content right from the start, on the other hand rewards my long-term patrons for their loyalty and at the same time can provide motivation to extend the subscription for a further month at a time.

Active patrons keep their status:

Active Patrons who now have access to the entire archive of their level under the previous arrangement will retain that unlimited access as long as they maintain their support. If they do not renew their existing subscription and re-subscribe at a later date, the new rule will apply.

Changes in my scripts

These changes of course required a complete rewrite of my programs for managing payments, membership duration per level, passwords and displaying galleries. In the next few days I will replace the previous scripts with the new ones.

In itself, nothing should change for you. But despite extensive testing it is of course possible (or probable...) that an error happened to me. Of course I hope that everything works as it should, but if there is any problem for you, please send me an email to bear@joinlobear.ch with a description of the problem as detailed as possible and, if helpful, maybe a screenshot.
