Will custom head´s have a place in my Worlds? e.g. "Apple Tree´s"

Just saw a few ideas, where i could implement a little added touch to the worlds. Although the original goal was to have "enhanced vanilla minecraft" with the focus on Vanilla and making it as logical as possible and staying within the bounds of vanilla minecraft. And therefore tinkering, do custom heads have a place there?
Would be:
✅ Custom
✅ Enhancing objects
✅ Possibly collectables
but: Vanilla ❌
