Right, last MediaTek device we tried to support was Redmi Note 8 Pro, and it didn't work out so well, the device was very easy to hard-brick. With Redmi K50 Pro it actually looks good so far.

2022-09-15 07:11:16 +0000 UTCA little addition for Redmi K50 Pro (and basically all devices with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor): "Turn off screen" option for "Double tap fingerprint sensor" gesture shortcut. I'm shocked that it was not added by Xiaomi officially, this is very useful to preserve the power button's lifespan.
