2025-01-08 01:54:18 +0000 UTCthe hearts are from Apple’s reactions/gestures feature. Heart shapes, thumbs up, thumbs down, and a few others. They make those animations happen on your screen. They’re kind of weird and people never know they’re on and then are freaked out when they show up.
