Hey Grant, so THC acts more like Adderall, the Terps are what you may want to check. Terpenes are naturally occurring and have different benefits. Myrcene is relaxing and sedative, linalool is anti-anxiety and pain management, so and so forth. The idea is that if you get something thats high in THC and low in terps its more uplifting, something with a high terpene like myrcene may make you more sleepy. I'm sure you're aware that things affect people different, so this may not always be the case, but maybe in the future when shopping for flower (or whatever your preferred in take) check the terps and in my opinion any bud tender worth their salt should be able to help you shop for your desired affect. P.S. my boyfriend suggests shopping for limonene, terpinolene, pinene. Marijuana and its medical benefits is something he's very passionate about.
