Second: this is coming from way left field, but as I listen to sad music while drunk to help my constipated sad emotions run through me, I have a crazy thought: y'all like super sad music that deals with religious trauma from the south? Have you heard of Ethel Cain? She's a trans musician that sings about religious trauma living in the south and now that I think about it, her music might resonate with you on some level. While I did not live in the religious south, I was a gay raised Catholic in the Midwest and boy howdy does her music strike me right in the heart of my soul. Perhaps a listen and discussion and/or a reaction would be both healing/traumatic/good content? If you do listen/react to her music, MASSIVE TRIGGER WARNING: religious trauma, rap with an e, step bro help me I'm stuck, death, cannibalism, alcoholism, abuse in every sense of the word, the south, etc. I know we pivoted from depressing to silly so not trying to drag everyone back down to depressing, but if I don't write this down I'll forget come morning 😂
