It sucks, so it gets a question mark.
I spent more time trying to make it loop than I did animating it, in the end i said F it, since it was never meant to be a loop in the first place.
Its edited from what's actually on the screen in that clip, anyways I have a few 720p versions you can check out. I'm not gonna spend any more time on this background clip ;)
