“Wakey, wakey! It’s time to get moving!”
Dust stirred from his sleep and looked up to see Fidget flying above his face with a pleasant smile. “Heh… morning Fidget.”
“Morning! I’m full of energy and ready to get moving!” Fidget said with a big smile.
Dust noticed that the nimbat seemed even larger than she was before, her belly now well past her knees. “Well… it’s good to see you in high spirits for sure.”
“Mmhmm! You can start tearing down the camp, I’ll be right back. Just gotta go grab something.” Fidget darted off into the woods.
“You know what this probably means, don’t you?” Ahrah said, floating in the air.
Dust sighed, a smile still on his face as he put out the fire that was still smoldering lightly as the sun rose. “Yeah. On the plus side, she might just keep on getting more and more powerful the larger she gets.”
Right on cue, Fidget returned to the camp with brown crumbs all over her face. “Alright, ready to go!”
Dust knew what she had been up to, smirking when he heard the loud gurgling of her stomach. “Fidget, have you been sneaking food again?”
Fidget blushed, putting her hands on her soft, stuffed middle and chuckling nervously. “Maybe a little… hehe…”
