Neon's three founding members, now done up with color and shading! In case you didn't see the original post, here's all you need to know about Neon's three founders...
On the left we have Nix Hinds, Clearwater's premier video game streamer and party girl. She's mouse-hyena hybrid who has made plenty of appearances at Clearwater's various bars, clubs, and concerts causing a ruckus and lighting the dance floor on fire with her fun loving presence. When she isn't out partying or streaming, she's either eating big meals, snacking, or sleeping. Seems like short bursts of energy aren't really the best regiment for exercise, not that she or her fans mind of course. She was the second one to sign on with Neon after it was founded, and her popularity along with her positive relationship with the founding members led to her becoming one of the Lights.
In the center, the founding member and the CEO herself Elizabeth Payne, although everyone calls her Liz. A motivated and hard-working rat girl, she made her name as a young journalist who quit Clearwater's largest broadcaster and struck out on her own to create independent journalism. Rent in the city is very expensive, but there's one place in Clearwater where it isn't: the dank, dark, and rough around the edges underground borough known as Pit City. Liz was more than prepared to put her roots down there, and as such she's tough, she's brave, and she has a lot of nerve and persistence. She founded Neon in order to support herself as her own boss, but also so she could help other independent minded people be more visible to the rest of the world. Outside of her work, she's actually quite funny and fun to be around, enjoying games of skill like darts and pool and long talks where she can share her ideas about the world.
Last but not least, on the right is Mitsuki Akagawa. She's a little weird. Well, actually a lot weird. A fennec fox from outside of Pit City, she moved there with her magic scholar parents who were inspired by the borough's strange magical qualities. She's quite shy and despite having a lot of talents she was never able to express them because of her overwhelming shyness and social awkwardness. With the help of the internet and an alias though, Mitsuki was able to truly shine with her beautiful, weird, and provoking abstract art that would post on pages under the name Tsukino. These pages got a lot of popularity for Mitsuki, leading Neon started to sponsor Tsukino when Liz figured out that Mitsuki was the one behind the art. She's still getting used to being recognized for her work, but she's decided that it's a good thing that people know what she's capable of.
