Since last months announcement of me dropping particular animations, it has allowed me the time to catch up on myself. I did worry that doing so might have a detrimental effect on the series, where it might lose its appeal, but actually, its been a positive outcome, not just in a sense the RPG series will progress quicker, but for my own well being. I no longer feel 'under pressure' or 'bogged down' with trying to create so much in a time frame that was not enough to produce what i wanted to. I'm not going to lie here, i wasn't enjoying it anymore, and there were times i thought about jack it all in.

I used to do so much other stuff, playing indie games, rating games, developing games, reading about games etc. All these things gave me enjoyment, and getting involved in the communitys in some way made me feel apart of something, and that i was making other contributions. Over the last 12 months i just havn't been able to do these things and have found myself head down, isolated to a computer screen trying to push and push and in the end it just gets you down as you miss the things you used to do.

As of now though, with the changes made, i really feel i have the time to go back to doing those things i enjoy. i'm optimistic again and happy in the work im doing. i'm looking forward to participating in things, doing my rating cards, chatting on the forums and developing my games which have been neglected sadly. :)

Thanks for sticking with me, i appreciate you being here and supporting the journey.

Catch you next month, or on the forums! :)

Chaser :)
