Some people make a fuss about tattoos, but I've found that since they're so common now I don't really notice them anymore. They're still fun to slip into images from time to time just to add some flavor.
Originally this wasn't mean to include a ball gag as I'd been using them a lot in recent images. But as the drawing developed a ball gag just made the most sense.
