Added 2023-08-16 16:55:52 +0000 UTCMinor delay on page 2. Unexpected double shifts have returned! Yay! But I should still be able to have page 2 posted by tomorrow or Thursday. This should not delay page 3, which should still post as early as the 25th.
There also may be some changes coming to tiers. These ideas are still pending but I may throw a couple of poll ideas at everyone for the next 30 days to help me with my final decision.
