News from the Lab 5-11-23

Hey y'all! Vacation's over, I'm back to it, and it's time for some weekly news from the Lab. Let's get right into it:

Video schedule going forward

Initially, I tried to lock everything into a "video every two weeks" gig. The problem with this is it limits the kinds of things I can make for y'all, and even with multiple builds going sometimes the time constraint hampers production.

From here on out, it's going to be a "as soon as possible when they are done" video release schedule. Sometimes, that'll mean more than two videos a month. Sometimes, that may mean only one video a month for particularly big builds. I want to give you all the very best I can create in terms of the final product AND the how-to process.

Since I know the wait can be a drag, I've been working on creating more quick side-content for you all. Tik-tok vids, YouTube shorts, etc. I'll also be using the additional time to make more stuff for supporters here on Patreon. That segues nicely to-

New Coloring Pages, Wallpapers, Merch

You might have seen the two new coloring pages I posted here for supporters. Those are designs I created for new dice vaults from Talon & Claw, and there's more coming very soon. They tapped me to create monstrous designs for them, and I'm sharing that with y'all for your coloring-book needs.

I'm also putting something else into motion that'll turn out even more artwork for you here. I'll keep you posted.

I've also officially re-opened my Threadless shop, and will be adding new designs there soon. Those in turn will be made available as wallpapers for supporters here, for desktop and phone.

THE MOVE. (Ominous Music Here)

Our Cross country move is approaching at the tail end of July, and that means some pre-planning on my part. To make sure I'm not trying to pack things up last minute, or having to move half-finished builds, I'll be shutting down video production for YouTube at the start of July, and getting going again in August once we're all unpacked.

During that time, I'll still be making what I can for you all in terms of art and shorter video content, but I want to thank y'all for your patience in advance for the lull that's going to happen.

And THANK YOU ALL for supporting the recent ko-fi goal for a new camera! It has arrived safely, and I'm already shooting test footage with it!
