We're Halfway Through the Year! Can You Believe It?! Time’s flying, but the prep keeps on coming! I’m thrilled to announce that Dragon of Icespire Peak is now fully prepped and available to all Patrons! If you've been thinking of joining, now’s the perfect time; it’ll remain available for 11 more days before moving to the Legend Tier.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the recent contest! Your guesses were Amazing, but here are the official winners:
Jens - Correctly guessed The Stranger Things Adventure
Yenix - Correctly guessed Madness at Gardmore Abbey
Allyrion - Guessed both, but was just a bit too late (Received a boon from Strahd)
Arima - Guessed both, but was a bit too late as well
Josh - Guessed the adventure correctly
Dan - Received a boon from Strahd
Kate - Received a boon from Strahd
You heard it right! The Adventure will be Stranger Things, the last starter set until Heroes of the Borderlands is released, as well as Madness at Gardmore Abbey, which is considered one of, if not the single best, Mini-Campaign 4e had to offer!
Stranger Things, you know, and I've already released part 1!
Madness at Gardmore Abbey, on the other hand, will take your players into the ruins of Gardmore Abbey, a monastery that was once the base of a militant order of paladins devoted to Bahamut. According to legend, the paladins brought a dark artifact back from a far crusade and stored it in their abbey for safekeeping, and evil forces gathered to assault the abbey and take it back. What the legends don’t tell is that this artifact was actually the Deck of Many Things.
I'm very excited to bring this one to life, especially because the Deck of Many Things is so unique in this Mini-Campaign! Each card will grant your players powers...as well as any enemies who are holding the cards they need to complete the deck!
Worry not because Madness at Gardmore Abbey will be prepped alongside Curse of Strahd! Speaking of CoS, I have even more good news! DragnaCarta has officially finished his work on CoS: Reloaded! While there are some minor touch-ups left, it shouldn't be too drastic and will allow me to confidently prep without having to make too many revisions! You can expect updates to the parts I've already prepped within the next month or so, followed by work on The Village of Vallaki and beyond! With that, let's check out the:
Releases for last month:

Dragon of Icespire Peak (Part 5 Icespire Hold) - Have your players finally decided to venture into Icespire Hold? Are they ready to make Cryovain pay for all the damage and destruction they've caused? Well, they'll first have to survive the journey through the mountains, face the Stone-Cold Reavers, and search Icespire Hold to find him. If successful, they will become the heroes of Phandalin...should they fall, so too shall all of Phandalin...
Dragon of Icespire Peak (The Complete Collection) - In an effort to keep things organized and easily accessible, I've created a post that compiles the entirety of Dragon of Icespire Peak. Each link takes you directly to the original post with a small summary. The Complete Collection link has every single file from parts 1-5 + all the Side Quests. This will be accessible only to Legends and Deities as a thank you for being my biggest supporters! Thank you all so much, without your support, none of this would be possible!!!
Stranger Things: The Hunt for Thessalhydra (Part 1) Preview - Congratulations to those who guessed the Adventure correctly! It is none other than Stranger Things! A level 3-4 Adventure that will take your players to the upside down! I wanted to give everyone a small preview of what it will look like before I fully release part 1 with the entirety of The Troglodyte Cave completed. From there, part 2 will have your players find themselves in the upside down, facing a demogorgon, and finally reaching The Lair of the Thessalhydra!!!
I'll be reaching out to the winners at the start of next month when I release the next monthly wrap-up! In the meantime, enjoy the preview!
Prep that has been updated for the Visually Impaired:
Dragons of Icespire Peak (Part 2c Gnomengarde) - Harbin Wester is hopeful that a magic item from Gnomengarde can help against the dreaded dragon! It'll be up to your players to venture forth and request aid from the reclusive and secretive gnomes; however, far more threats await when they arrive. The Kings' have gone mad, and a gnome-eating mimic is on the loose! Will your player be able to bring peace to Gnomengarde once more?
The Wolves of Welton - From the critically acclaimed creator of The Wild Sheep Chase comes Winghorn Press' next big hit! The Wolves of Welton: A level 2-3 Adventure that will have your players stumble upon what appears to be a simple wolf attack, that slowly turns into a mystery of highly intelligent wolves and a fight for survival! What will your players do? Coming in at approximately 4 hours of play, this is the perfect One-Shot to either drop in on the way to the next town or fill in for when you need a break from your main campaign!
The Lost Mine of Phandelver (Part 3b Ruins of Thundertree) - Congratulations on surviving your first dragon encounter! Did you talk your way out, or perhaps you thought steel was the better option? Whichever you choose may decide your fate in the future to come. Your players will now find themselves in Thundertree, where an evil dragon resides, an enemy of Torhaem and perhaps all of Phandalin. Here, your players may learn the path to Cragmaw and possibly even be brave...or foolish enough to take on this evil scourge. Alas, this is no easy encounter, and if the players didn't help Torhaem then their lives may be at risk. However this plays out, it's sure to be an epic encounter, and should death befall your players, they may just have one more chance. That will be for a future post, however.
Dragons of Icespire Peak (Part 3a Loggers Camp) - Your players have been tasked with delivering supplies to a logging camp run by Tibor, Harbin Westers' half-brother. An easy enough job with surprisingly good pay, but as your players have surely learned, nothing is easy around here. They'll discover an abandoned campsite and need to uncover what happened. If they're too clever, they may just come face to face with a lightning bolt!
