September 2025 Wrap-Up
Added 2025-10-01 22:01:01 +0000 UTCWe're finally into the spooky month, I'm so excited! Curse of Strahd is perfect for this, but I also plan to release prep for a One-Shot that will fit the theme as well, so keep your eyes peeled!
All of my previous Curse of Strahd prep has been updated to match Reloaded, and now I'll finally be moving on to The Village of Vallaki and beyond! The story just keeps getting better and better, you're in for a treat!
I've also been in talks with my artist for something I believe will really take Advent's Amazing Advice to the next level. I hope to be able to show you all a sneak peek by the end of next month! In the meantime, let's take a look back at last month!
Releases for last month:
Curse of Strahd (Part 3 Tser Pool) (September 2025 Update) - The cards are about to reveal the destiny of your heroes, will they take heed or throw caution to the wind?
Having just encountered Strahd for the very first time, your players continue on to the Tser Pool Encampment, based on the recommendation of Ismark. Here they will meet the Vistani and, most importantly, Madam Eva. She will ask that the players meet her at the crossroads at Midnight if they would like to receive their reading, for there is a spy in their midst. While they wait, stories will be told around the campfire, perhaps revealing even more about these cursed lands. On their journey to the crossroads, they may encounter the spy, but what they do is yet to be told. Once the threats have been dealt with, Madam Eva will begin the Tarokka reading that will determine your players' very destiny!
Curse of Strahd (Part 4 Journey to Vallaki) (September 2025 Update) - And so, it's time for your players to continue on after having their fortunes told...or perhaps they simply chose to head straight for Vallaki. Either way, the journey will be both interesting and dangerous. They'll trek the road to Tser Pool, crossing the bridge and meeting a revenant who offers them advice, should they avoid fighting first and ask questions later. Then they'll meet Morgantha near the Old Binegrinder, who will offer them savory Dream Pastries. Just as they think they're getting close to Vallaki, a pack of wolves led by a pair of werewolves will attempt to make a meal of them. Hmm...what are the chances one of your players succumbs to lycanthropy...I guess there's only one way to find out!
Prep that has been updated for the Visually Impaired:
Secret to Bear - Your players will experience a shocking wake-up call when an innkeeper tells them that the horses they arrived on were killed in the night. With all signs pointing to the killer being one of the fellow tavern patrons, can your players find the culprit before anyone else gets hurt?

Dragon of Icespire Peak (Side Quest 1 Shrine of Savras) - So your players chose to negotiate with the Wererats; what could go wrong? Well, besides needing to clear out an entire area of Orcs and one angry Ogre! If they manage this and decide to search a bit, they may just find riches beyond their dreams and even a clue on where to find the White Dragon that's been ravaging these lands!
