Lola and Tylender's relationship is... complicated? Lola is the spouse/muse/fiancé of Zakary, who is Tylender's best friend. She knows all the good (and not so good) things about Tylender. But Lola has trouble with Tylender's charming side. Tyl makes no secret of the fact that he likes Lola, but he'd never do more than flirt with her. And although sometimes Lola would like to punch him in the face when he overdoes it, deep down she really likes our big dark-haired guy and cares about him.
That's kind of what I wanted to show with this story. Lola trains alone, doesn't like to be disturbed and needs her 'bubble' (as we can see in this story, for example), but she offers to accompany him to the race, which in itself is a great sign of attention :P
