As we open ourselves to feeling & releasing guilt, shame, fear, etc, we create space for more love & are able to cultivate a deeper sense of pleasure & peace in our bodies. Guilt, shame, fear, self doubt, etc are conditioned emotions, meaning that they are learned, not inherently part of who we are. Does this resonate as truth to you? Below are some prompts for self inquiry about your relationship to freedom & innocence as well as guilt, shame & fear. 


Freedom & Innocence Self Inquiry

Are there any ways in which I notice myself shrinking or hiding in guilt, shame, fear, or self doubt? Am I ready and willing to release these negative self beliefs? If not, why?


Where in my body do I store guilt, shame, fear? How does it feel to bring breath and loving awareness to those areas?


How does it feel to claim, "I am innocent." now?


Are there any areas of my life where I desire to access more freedom? Physically? Mentally? Emotionally? Relationally? Financially?


What stories am I telling myself about why I am not free in those areas of my life?


How does it feel to claim, "I am free." now?


Are there any ways in which my body desires to play with or express my freedom & innocence in this moment?
