Fubuki traps Tatsumaki in a Tickle Throne and challenges her to a little game while resting her feet on Tatsumaki's face after a hard day. The challenge is that Tatsumaki has to try to break free from the Throne, if she does, then Tatsumaki can punish Fubuki anyhow for as long as she wants, but if Tatsumaki fails, worships Fubuki feet, or forfeits, then she'll have to be Fubuki's "Little Sister", and her Foot Pet for as long as Fubuki wants. However, Tatsumaki has to try to break free while Fubuki is using her Telekinesis to make Tatsumaki's feet more and more sensitive by the second. While this is happening, Fubuki's tired feet are giving of a unique Telekinetic energy that affects Tatsumaki's mind, making her desperately want to lick and worship her sister's sore feet more and more every second. Eventually, Tatsumaki loses, her mind broken in by Fubuki's feet and the tickling, Tatsumaki is happy to lose she can worship her "older sister's" feet and serve her sister however Fubuki desires to be served.

Realizing how much fun she is having and that if she ever lets her go, Tatsumaki would easy turn the tables on her, she decides to lay their rivalry to rest by making sure her older sister is turned into a drooling idiot whose only purpose will be to laugh and cum for her amusement whilst hoping that mistress Fubuki lets her worship her feet tonight.
