Archive Access soon on Pause from UK
Added 2025-07-27 12:46:33 +0000 UTCHi there!
Unfortunately, due to new UK regulations (pushed by Ofcom), websites like mine now have to verify users’ identities using official ID, which isn’t something I can realistically or legally do, especially with GDPR in the mix.
To stay on the safe side and avoid any risk of fines or the site being taken down, I’ve decided to temporarily block access from the UK. I'm currently moving everything over to Cloudflare, and once that’s done, UK visitors will be blocked automatically.
In the past, I could sometimes share direct archive links if people couldn’t access the site, but that’s no longer possible either, since ID checks would now be required and I can’t process or store that kind of sensitive info.
That said, you’re totally free to use a VPN to access the site from outside the UK if you'd like. :)
Really sorry for the trouble, and thanks a lot for understanding!
If you have any question please let me know.

Probably yes, but that wouldn't solve the underlying privacy issue :(
