The Knights were actually even lazier than you thought. They did one assignment at the beginning of the semester (the wardog) and just submitted it everytime they could. I would have a few ideas for next semester of things you could do: Every factions Attillery (Guard as Baseline either Basilisk or the new Cannon); Every Factions Generic Main HQ (Captain, Chaos Lords, Autarch etc.); Every Factions Deep Striker (Whatever you wanna use as Baseline for the best unit to deepstrike with); Every Factions Jumptroop (Jumpack Marines, Raptors, Aquilons); Every Factions Fortification; Every Factions Flyer (And why GW hates cool models like the Heldrake). I am sure you can come up with more, but those were what I was thinking of on the train when I was listening to the episode earlier.
