Extracted within my research project of the game. The Mega link contains the Eight wearing Novigrad Beggar CastOffs Outfit of 1272 model from The Witcher 3 Next-Gen Update and respective textures. The second link contains a Blender file with all the materials set. Additionally, eyes materials are changed, and iris model were added to mimic the look from the game without complex shaders. I have no idea who this character is, I couldn't find any info on him.
