February 2024 roundup
Added 2024-03-01 18:05:00 +0000 UTCWe are unfortunately not the greatest at keeping up with release announcements but there has been quite a lot done in the months since January. We did make announcements as we went during February at https://devkitpro.org/viewtopic.php?t=9530 but didn't get around to the summary post here. We're going to try to catch these up and work on getting monthly summaries here in better time. Please bear with us as we make a few more late roundup posts
Alberto has contributed more work on SDL and SDL2 for wii and gamecube. We've also added sdl2_mixer to the wii packages and updated the freetype packages for nds, ppc and switch. Physfs packages have been built for wii and gamecube. A new switch package, xxhash was contributed by Averne providing switch homebrewers with a fast non-cryptographic hash algorithm. WinterMute added yaml packages for 3DS and ppc which help with some port work he's currently doing. Last but by no means least several issues have been addressed with the switch sdl2 port, ably assisted by rsn8887.
