Berserk - God Hand - sketch

Well, it's been a few days! I've honestly just had to recover from that Final Fantasy piece, it really felt like just a massive weight was taken off my shoulders! Feels great to be here now though, I'm caught up on my client works and am ready to jump into something new.
So, I've been a fan of Berserk since I started reading it back when my son was born about a year ago. I loved the God Hand, I love the anime spin on the cenobites and always wanted to do my own take on the characters - executed in a painted style. So, I decided that it'd be a nice break from giant paintings like the MGS & FF6 pieces. This piece will be a continuation of the previous Berserk pieces I've done below, the style will be more in line with the FF6 realistic painted look though as I've learned quite a bit since I did the Berserk stuff.
Anyway, looking forward to pursuing this! Won't take even remotely as long as those super detailed Amano designs took haha, I'm pumped!

It would be great if you could record a video of the entire process, even if just for 1 character - from start to finish. It doesn't have to be narrated since that would be very laborious, but just looking at how you build things up and in what order you do things would be great. Thanks man - awesome work!
