Hey!
Here's the first of a small series of walkthrough videos where I'm going to be sharing my approaches to art and how I think about the execution of drawings/render. In these videos I'm open to cover whatever you'd like to see me cover, this first one shares my line approach for comics in Clip Studio as well as my thumbnailing approach for Photoshop.
If you have anything you would like to see me cover specifically please leave a comment on this post and I will start making a list of topics to touch on in these videos!
Thanks as always for your support!
Dave

This is the kind of stuff I signed up for. I love how you split up the process between when your thinking more comics vs when your thinking more photoshop illustration, showing off the basics in each program almost like they were different mediums makes it seem less complicated to me.

Loved it! I'd like t to see something about how you choose colors in your works so that they look great together, also how you paint skin tones.

This really cool to watch, thanks for everything ^-^
A question for a future video would be how to keep yourself from getting distracted by everything in the world and keeping your mind focused on what actually matters. I know this more of a life question, but it's one of those issues I've been struggling with for a while.

Thank you for making this man! Hearing what artists think when they're working is super helpful to me because it kinda shapes the thoughts that I should be having when I'm doing my own thing, which I think is a pretty important but generally under-emphasized part of the process.
Would you be willing to do a portrait study? You already provide really good insight when you're doing commentary, but I think there is a lot to learn from seeing how someone directly interprets and translates information from a study.
