Hope you're good! Here's the latest thing I've done playing with the grayscale to color approach, similar to the Super Metroid, I just put less time into this one. I'm currently processing the full grayscale to color tutorial featuring a horrible painting of Shrek - should be up tonight - I just had a weird video issue with the latest update to my recording software, so, unfortunately you'll only be able to see my little corner cam for a bit of the video.
I'm confident that I can whip some stuff together real quick using this approach, excited to get going on the next bigger thing! So far this has been enjoyable - the only issue I had with this piece was the over rendering I did on her face before transitioning to color, I have to find a happy medium there.
The printable file is attached to this post - it's a TIFF file, this means it's lossless and you can print the best version possible - please convert this file to CMYK before printing or have your local print shop convert it for you and handle necessary color adjustments!

Nooo how dare you go after me like that, it's one of my fave SM designs ;v; I love the colors here, especially the starry sky behind her giving the piece the richness and the cold light hitting her, feels very regal and strong <3
