Kamen Rider/Guyver inspired designs + gif process

Hope you're well! Been playing with a lot of style ideas for these concepts, I'm really enjoying the process and I think this approach has yielded some decent results - I'm aiming for a homage to the classic retro design books I've seen from Super Sentai shows - I love that marker/pencil look with inks. This one ended up looking more like a painting than those books, but I'm happy with how they came out!
Looking forward to doing more design work in this style, should be fun!

this is a slightly different process, this one follows something closer to the latest Goku painting I just posted up on here. this is all done in photoshop!
