Tier changes

It‘s time for some changes on the tier structure, in order to facilitate content more efficiently to everyone.
I decided to merge the tier system into just 3 tiers
so "wave set" and "soul surfer" will be merged into one tier set at 5$
and "skinny dipping" and "Tsunami" will be set to one tier set at 10$.
