Deep within the craggy peaks of the Crimson Mountains lies a hidden shrine, dedicated to the serpentine deity Lyserra. The lamia, who has stood guard over these lands for centuries, is revered by those within her territory for her supposed benevolence and protection. However, her gifts to her people do not come without a price. For as long as she holds dominion over the shrine, villages must send a yearly envoy to work at the shrine and serve their Lamian goddess.

At the shrine they cater to her every whim and desire, and while many have returned after they have served their 5 years of devotion, if Lyserra's hunger grows insatiable any shrine maiden can become her next meal. That's not to say her prey doesn't enjoy the process. In fact, legends abound among the handmaidens tell tales of those who have succumbed to her hunger, claiming that union with the goddess will grant eternal bliss.

クリムゾン山脈の険しい峰々の奥深くに、蛇の神リセラを祀る秘境が佇んでいます。何世紀にもわたりこの地を守り続けてきたこのラミアの女神は、その慈悲深さと加護で、領土の民から崇敬されています。しかし、村人への贈り物には代償が伴います。リセラが神殿を支配している限り、村々は毎年使者を神殿に派遣し、ラミアの女神に仕えなければなりません。

神殿では、ライセラの召使いたちが彼女のあらゆる気まぐれと欲求に応え、多くの巫女が5年間仕えた後に戻ってきます。しかし、ライセラの飢えが尽きなければ、どんな巫女でも次の獲物になり得ます。実際、侍女たちの間では、女神と結ばれることで永遠の至福が与えられるという伝説が数多く語り継がれています。
