No Need to Cancel

Cody watched as the small guy approached him. He’d learned his name was Trevor and he approached the personal trainer with a bit of trepidation. “Hi,” he fumbled through his introduction. Cody looked down at him. His looming physique could intimidate nearly anyone and the thin strings holding his sleeveless shirt up, left nothing to the imagination. Those thick pecs seemed to bounce when Trevor glanced at them. He quickly shook his head, muttering an apology to himself.

“Sup little man. What can I help you with?”

A flash of red filled Trevor’s face. “I… I uhh… I wanted to cancel my membership.”

Cody looked at him with a broad inviting but clearly fake smile. On his handsome face it was hard to tell. “Sure thing bud. I can help you with that,” he headed over to the computers near the front of the gym. It was the same desk that Trevor had sat down in when he’d joined. “Let me just see your ID.”

Trevor handed it over and watched the trainer’s eyes scan the screen. Though, his eyes did keep drifting down to his thick muscular arms and chest. Each time he breathed, those massive muscle seemed to move. But what surprised Trevor was the laugh. “What? Is something wrong?” he asked.

“Wrong? No,” he laughed again. His chest bouncing even more so. “Nothing wrong. Just surprised what you wanted your goal to be. Muscle growth,” he scoffed. “Sure didn’t get that one, eh?”

Trevor felt his nervousness turn to anger. His soft dough eyed stare turned into a glare.

“What?” Cody asked. “Is it not true? Or did you think you could just come into the gym a couple times and look like me.” He held up his arm and gave it a flex. It was an intimidation tactic but it was working. The trainer could see Trevor mulling it over.

“Ok,” Trevor answered. The gambit worked. Either the client would tell them that they still wanted to cancel or feel compelled enough to stay. “I’ll do it. But I want you to help train me. At least for today. And then we can see the other’s perspective. Deal?” Trevor held out his hand.

“Deal,” the trainer said, shaking it without a second thought. A shock ran through his hand making him want to pull away. “Ow…” he shook it. But turned back to Trevor. “Name’s Cody by the way.”

“Trevor,” Trevor replied. “Shall we get started?”

“Absolutely,” Cody said. He flipped his hat backwards. A tuft of his brown hair pushed out the hole. “Now I always like to start with a bit of a warm up. Stretches and making sure I’m nice and limber. Don’t want you getting hurt cause we aren’t responsible. And you won’t be able to train.”

“Right,” Trevor said. He was following each and every one of Cody’s stretches. But Cody couldn’t help but feel a bit stiff. He didn’t know what was going on. Normally he could touch the ground with the palms of his hands but right now it was just the tips of his fingers. And his arms just felt tired and when he twisted his hips, there just wasn’t as much movement.

Cody tried to ignore it. ‘Probably just a rough night,’ he told himself. “We’ll start off with something simple. Just a dumbbell workout. Pick something that feels a bit comfortable.”

It was a bit surprising to see Trevor reaching for the 25 pound weights. Normally that was a bit heavy for beginners. But he lead Trevor through the bicep and hammer curls and by the end of it he was acting like it was too light. Then he picked up the 15 pounders and started doing tricep extensions like they were nothing. Three full sets and he looked to barely even break a sweat.

“Damn! I think I misjudged you. You’ve got some muscle in that body of yours,” Cody prodded at Trevor’s side.

“Maybe…” there was something behind Trevor’s smile. “But what do you normally do?”

“Huh?”

“What do you normally lift for these kinds of exercises?” Trevor asked.

“Oh me? Normally I’m down at the 60’s. Though they’re starting to get a bit light,” Cody bragged.

“Really! Wanna show me?”

Cody was not one to turn down a challenge. “Fuck yeah,” he flexed his arm and went down to the weights he normally used. There were a couple of guys down there who he usually worked out with. He puffed out his chest to brag and gripped the 60 pound weight. But it felt heavier. Heavier than usual. ‘The hell?’ he toughed it out through the pain and lifted it off the rack. There was no way he was going to be shown up. He could lift it

He’d been able to do it comfortably through three sets. But now? He barely got through 8 reps. His veins were bulging and sweat was dripping off his brow. There was no way. He’d been doing 12 the day before, easy. Now it wouldn’t budge. His face twisted and grimaced as he tried to get the weight to move, but nothing changed.

“Woah there big guy,” Randy said. His hand wrapped around Cody’s and lead the weight back to the rack. “What do you think you’re doing? That looks a bit too heavy for you.”

“It’s alright,” Trevor walked over. “He was just trying to show me how much he can lift.”

Randy’s eyes went flat. “Really..? Maybe he should try lifting something a bit more comfortable for him.”

Cody felt the condescension. They’d been unofficial workout rivals for a while now, and now Randy was acting like he didn’t even exist. It made him feel so small all of a sudden. But there was no way he was going to let someone like Randy intimidate him. “Let’s just move on,” Cody tried changing the subject.

He moved through the gym to the weighted barbells. Trevor was right behind him. For some reason Cody was feeling like something was off. The small guy wasn’t the same nervous little shrimp he’d been earlier. He seemed to be walking with more confidence in his stride. Even able to talk back to Randy like it was nothing. But Cody brushed it off. He wasn’t about to let it bring him down.

“Let’s try a variation on curls. This is probably a good weight for you,” Cody grabbed the 40 pound bar and did a few reps to brag. Surprisingly it was a little rough. ‘What’s wrong with me?’ he questioned. Something like that should have been easy. He’d been able to do it with ease.

“You think?” Trevor grabbed it from him and started pumping out reps. He did twelve without a problem. “I don’t know… It’s a bit light.” The false smile he gave only made it all the more confusing.

Cody could see something behind Trevor’s eyes. But then he realized, they were looking eye to eye. If anything his head was the one tilting slightly back to look the other man in the eyes. “What’s going on..?” Cody’s mind was reeling as he looked over in the mirror to see what his body was becoming. Even though mirrors lined all the walls of the building, for some reason today he seemed to be avoiding them. But now, intentionally looking, he could see why. His body was thinner. The thick muscles he’d been growing over years and years of hard work still dwindling away.

“I don’t know. I think this weight’s a bit light,” Trevor said, handing the bar back to Cody.

“Light?” Cody’s body lurched forward at the weight in his hands. It should have been so easy to move. It had been even as of a few seconds ago, but now it felt even heavier.

“Sorry bout that big guy,” Trevor smirked as he helped Cody put the weight back on the rack.

There was clear condescension behind that tilted smile, but all Cody could do was stare. For some reason his heart seemed to be beating faster. Everything around him more distant. His cock hardening in his shorts. “What am I doing?!” he scolded himself shaking his head.

“You’re helping me work out bud,” Trevor gave him a friendly slap to the arm that almost sent him flying. “Sorry,” he chuckled. “Don’t know my own strength…” then added a flex of his growing arm.

“But… But…” Cody felt the stutter come out of him. His eyes traced the hard lined muscles on the man in front of him. Trevor filled out his shirt completely as well as his shorts, straining against his thick quads. How was he even bigger? Cody had to tilt his head even further back to look the other man in the eyes. He must have been at least 6’2” or 6’3” and Cody barely came up to his shoulders. Those large round mountains of muscle looked so wide. They’d burst out of their sleeves while his chest was threatening to tear the rest away.

“Ready for the next exercise?” Trevor asked. There wasn’t any fear or embarrassment in his voice. It didn’t matter that the shirt was traveling up over his lower abs or how his toes had pushed their way out of the front of his shoes. He looked comfortable. Confident. Almost arrogant.

“What’d you do to me?” Cody knew something was going on but not exactly.

“Do to you?” Trevor laughed. “Only what I said when we first started. By the end of the work out we’ll be able to see from the other’s perspective.” He threw up another flex and gave the muscle a powerful slap. Despite there being so much going on, it still reverberated off the walls, drawing the attention of a few other people.

It was hard for Cody not to stare. His body seemed to be reacting to the overall confidence and natural charisma Trevor was putting off. He could feel his dick hardening in his shorts. His hand gave it a rub but adjusted his shorts as well, dropping them around his ankles. The sudden breeze made his face glow red as he quickly bent down to pick them up. One of the strings holding his shirt up, drifted down his side and he nearly lost that as well.

“Looking good, big guy. But maybe you shouldn’t hang out by the big boy weights until you can wear that shirt properly,” Randy teased.

Cody had to tilt his head even further back than before. The two men filled his vision. Their massive muscular bodies were all he could look at. But what made it worse was feeling where his blood was pooling. Even with how big the shirt was, it didn’t cover very much up. And he had to hold his shorts up over his scrawny waist.

“Don’t worry about him too much. I’ll give him back his clothes when we’re done with the workout,” Trevor laughed. He flexed his chest. It was too much for the shirt to hold and split down the middle. “Ooops. Guess not,” he shrugged his heavy shoulders.

“Aww, shit man. Now what’s he supposed to wear,” Randy asked.

“Normally? I prefer nothing,” Trevor elbowed the other bodybuilder in the side. Randy belted out his laughter. His large body shook with each one.

“Jeez man, you let him talk about you like that?” Randy turned to Cody.

Cody felt his heart sink. “I-I-I-I,” he stuttered trying to think about what to say. Somehow they’d gotten even bigger. Or was it just that he kept getting smaller. His eyes were barely level with Trevor’s pecs now.

“I seemed to have broken your boyfriend…” Randy stood back up. He was several inches shorter than Trevor now. Even with his large frame, Trevor seemed to make him look a bit average. Those wide shoulders and thick chest puffed far out in front of him. And his quads were so large there was no way he could walk without them scraping against each other.

“It’s alright man,” Trevor shook his head. “I’ll make sure to give him a hard reset when we get home. But hey, how about you help me get bigger.”

“Right now?” Randy laughed. “Can’t... Got something else planned for tonight. But next time we can work out.”

“Sounds like a plan,” Trevor smiled. “Next time we work out, you’re going to help me get bigger. And then I’ll make you look like him by the end of the work out. Deal?”

“I’d like to see you try,” Randy held out his hand and gave him a high five, gripping and flexing his arm. He seemed to grimace about something as he did so and headed back to the locker room.

Cody stared blankly at the man in front of him. He couldn’t believe just how big he looked. But it didn’t make sense, when they started there wasn’t this much of a difference between them. Trevor was 5’7” maybe 5’8” but now Cody hoped he was still 5’5”. The weight racks were starting to tower over him. His muscles were so thin, he felt like he could almost see bone. The nonexistent flat chest showed off each and every one of his ribs.

He felt a light whimper come out of him. “Why am I getting so small?” Any venier of strength or machismo was gone. He could feel his body dwindling more and more. Weight wouldn’t hang onto him. Neither fat nor muscle. He couldn’t remember a time when he was this scrawny.

“Cause we haven’t finished our workout,” Trevor smirked.

“Wha-what?!” Cody shouted.

It just made Trevor laugh. “You’re my personal trainer. You said you were going to help me gain some real muscle. And I’ve barely even broken a sweat.”

“You… You can’t be serious…” Cody muttered. But he could already feel the distance growing between them again. He could barely look up past those massive pecs sticking out in front of him.

“Does it look like I’m not?” Trevor laughed. His whole body shook as he did so. “C’mon man. What’s next?” He gave Cody a ‘light’ slap to the back but nearly knocked the wind out of him. That hand was nearly the size of his entire back and even the lightest of slaps would do so.

Cody looked around. Desperate for some kind of exercise. “Lat-Lat pull downs,” he said.

“Sounds like a plan,” Trevor smirks. His arm swooped down and pushed at Cody making him go faster than normal. Cody’s shoes kept threatening to fall off his feet with each step he took. His concentration was divided between that, not losing his shirt or shorts. At the very least all he had to do was hold onto his shorts. But the strings of his sleeveless shirt kept falling off his thin shoulders.

Cody stared at the bar in front of him. It was eye level, while standing. Normally he’d have to sit down to get the same perspective. He shook his head and grabbed the bar. “Do three sets of these. Make sure to get the full range of motion. It works mostly on your back.” He shifted the weight down to almost nothing, afraid that anything else might be too heavy. But when he reached back up for the bar, it was only at his fingertips.

“Let me help you out, big guy,” Trevor said, pulling it down.

“Tha-thanks,” Cody quickly did a couple of reps to show off the exercise, then got out of the way.

“Oh wow,” Trevor bragged. “Don’t even know if my legs will fit under this bar,” he adjusted it’s height of the leg bar. “Better,” then reached for the bar above him. “Oh wait. There’s not nearly enough weight.” He looked down and put the pin all the way at the bottom. “Better,” he smirked.

His massive hands gripped the bar above him and pulled it down with a heavy grunt. The entire stack of plates lifted up into the air and then went back down. Cody couldn’t believe how much he was lifting. And with each lift, his wide back spread far out showing it’s incredible size. He could barely believe just how wide it’d gotten.

Compared to him, Trevor was at least twice as thick. Maybe even more. Cody stood there in awe, watching his thick, cut and dense muscles work to lift the weight. “All done?” Cody asked.

“All done,” Trevor confirmed. “Let’s go get a shower. I think I stink.” He gave Cody another pat to the back.

“Ri-right,” Cody said. He followed closely behind watching the girls and guys of the gym give him either lustful or jealous stares. Each waddling step from his thighs rubbing against each other seemed to draw more attention. Or maybe it was just because he was such a massive beast wandering through the gym without a shirt or shoes on. And at any moment it looked like those shorts were about to go too.

Trevor headed to the shower and turned the water on. It was a bit of a struggle for him to get them off. The stretchy fabric was pulled to the limit around his quads, unable to really breath. He tossed them into Cody’s face. The small man took a deep breath. “You like that?” Trevor mocked him.

Cody felt his face flush, but dick harden. The way Trevor didn’t even bother looking at him, made him feel even more embarrassed. But seeing the thick and densely corded muscles of his body made it impossible for him to look away. All he could do is look up and down every part of the bulging man.

“Man, I forgot how potent that spell was,” Cody laughed as he grabbed a towel. His attention turned to the doctor’s scale in the corner of the room. “Sweet! Let’s see how big I’ve gotten!” his large body hurried over to the scale. He moved the top bar. 150. Obviously no movement. That was what he weighed before he’d even used the spell. 200. Still no movement. 250. Not even a budge. 300. A little bit. But he tried to push it over to the 350 and it dropped.

“Damn…” he cursed. “Next time.” The next was the tens. He dropped the weight into each of the scales. Cody felt his heart drop each time. “At least 330,” Trevor bragged. He slide the ones weight over. “336. Awww fuck yeah!” His entire body flexed as he cheered. The towel around his waist dropped to the floor and it only seemed to make him more excited. “Now you.”

“Me?” Cody felt the pressure. It was real now. Everything still felt a bit like a dream, but actually seeing those numbers. He didn’t want to. He took a step back. And another, getting ready to run for the door.

But Trevor caught him. Even with all the size, he was quick. And one hand could easily fit around the thickest part of his arm, probably a couple of times. “Nuh-uh,” he waggled his finger in Cody’s face. “We need to know how much you weigh.”

Cody struggled with all his might, but he could couldn’t do anything. Trevor lifted him up like he weighed almost nothing and placed him on the scale. He could easily hold him in place. “Alright… Let’s see…” Trevor moved the weights on top of the doctor’s scale. “147? That doesn’t sound right.” He stepped back off the scale and the bar flew up again.

Tears started to form in Cody’s eyes. There was no way. He was just so small. Watching Trevor move the top bar back down to 50 pounds and then slide the middle down to 30, and the bottom down to 4. “84 pounds,” Trevor announced. “Wow. Such a big guy. You sure you’re supposed to be a personal trainer?”

It was so weird for Cody to be pushed around. Never in his life had there been such a difference between him and another person. And he couldn’t do anything about it. He tried to calm down, but his anger was boiling over. His hands balled up into fists. And then he swung as hard as he could.

Absolutely nothing happened. He looked at the place that he hit on Trevor’s body. Nothing. Not a flinch. If anything Cody’s hand hurt more. Then the laughter. Trevor laughed at him. “Oh man. You really are a tough guy!” he mocked.

“Shut up…” Cody’s anger turned to something else. He had trouble looking Trevor in the eyes.

“Oh man… Calm down… You’ll get used to it,” Trevor said. “And maybe with some proper training you can get your size back.”

“You think?” Cody sounded hopeful again.

“I said maybe,” Trevor laughed. “Now let’s get going. I have some other ideas when we get home.”
