Devil in the Details -- Picture Perfect

“You can’t get cold feet now,” Jerry said. “You’re still new to this. I get it, but he’s the only guy who was willing to do it so cheap…”

“But…”

“No buts. Unless you plan on shelling out another 500 bucks, I suggest you go do it. Because I can’t find anyone cheaper.” There was a silence on the phone. “And don’t think you’re getting the deposit back. That was part of the reason it was so cheap. Now go.”

Before David could respond Jerry had hung up. “Asshole…” he grumbled as he stared at the large empty factory. “Could have at least came with me to make sure he was here.” Right now, David was a good half an hour drive from the next living thing. He didn’t know how Jerry found this guy, but he’d been said to be really good. Not that David knew too much about it. All he wanted to do was be in front of the camera to be able to get his face out there.

Jerry had said that he had to start somewhere. But out in an old abandoned factory seemed a bit too far out there. David took a breath. “Big smiles. Big fake smiles.” He headed towards the double doors in the front of the building. Dust kicked up around him as only weeds had grown in between the cracks of the old parking lot.

It took a heavy shove before David could properly open the old steel doors. “Hello?” his voice echoed off the large empty room. He didn’t know what kind of factory it was but there wasn’t any machinery left inside. Only a few tables and some papers were scattered about. “Hello!” he called again.

“Hello!” a different voice repeated back to him.

David jumped not knowing exactly where it came from. But looking around he didn’t know how he missed the guy standing there with a large camera in front of him. However, it didn’t look like any of the digital ones that he normally saw guys running around with. Instead it looked old. Far older than anything that would be used even for his parents.

“Hi,” David said. He stepped closer and held his hand out. “I’m David.”

“Luscius,” the man said. “It’s a pleasure to meet you.”

“Same. I just didn’t expect it to be all the way out in the middle of nowhere…” David said.

“Was it hard to find?” Luscius asked. There was an air of properness that surrounded him. He wore a black button up shirt, tucked perfectly into his black pants and a striped black and white tie dangled from his neck.

“No sir,” David said. “It’s just I’m not used to driving out so far from the city. Most people want to do these in the local park or something.”

“Oh… Of course. Of course…” Lucius went back to setting up his camera. “But you want to change your life don’t you? That’s what the man over the phone said. That you desperately wanted to be big!”

“I mean…” David scratched the back of his neck, drifting his eyes off to the distance. He hadn’t said so much. But the number of times he’d called Jerry, that probably gave him a bit of the answer. “I guess so…”

“Exactly,” Lucius said. “And I’ll help you get there.”

The smile he gave was oddly disarming. All of David’s fears started to disappear and he felt overly relaxed. Whatever worries he had suddenly felt so far away. “So…” David tried to make small talk as he waited. “Why’d you choose all the way out here?”

“Out here? Oh! It’s just a really nice place and not too far from home.”

David didn’t necessarily believe that because they weren’t close to anything. However, he wasn’t about to call him out. “But aren’t you worried about getting all your clothes messy?”

“Dirty?” Lucius looked around the room as though this was the first time he’d even noticed that there was dust in it. His eyes scanned around, yet there wasn’t a speck of it on his all black suit or shoes. Even the ring of black dust that encircled him didn’t blow any closer or further away. “No. I don’t worry about those things.”

“Must be nice…”

“It is,” Lucius said. “Ready?”

“Oh!” David jumped at the word. “But do you really think this is the right place for me? I felt like a photoshoot in a gym would be more… ‘In character.’” At 22, David still had his young handsome look with his athletic body. He was muscled, just not overly so. He worked out, but looked healthy with a six pack. At some point he figured he’d have to start really working out. But that would come later.

“Nonsense. I decide your character,” Lucius said. The tone shifted, hitting David in a weird way. “David,” Lucius tried to sound reasonable. He pulled out that same comforting smile he had before. Yet this time, it didn’t have the same calming effect. “I just need you to trust me. Let me decide all the details for you. You are the talent. But I am the artist. I am the one who decides what you look like. I am the one who decides how the world sees you. You just have to let me. Do we have a deal?”

David stared at Lucius’ outstretched hand. He couldn’t help but feel like something was off. The calm and controlling way the other man spoke was so terrifying. Yet so alluring. He could feel his hand stretching out to shake. Doubts were pushed to the back of his mind. “We have a deal.”

“Good,” Lucius shook David’s hand.

A warmth shot through David’s hand. “Hey… What the…” He paused, looking down as it glowed red. David tried to pull away but felt his hand locked in place. “AHH! God damn!” The heat intensified. It burned his hand. And kept going all the way down to his soul. “What the Hell man!”

Lucius finally let go. His smile intensified and his eyes burned with fire. “I’m forging the deal. Now I will make you big…”

David wasn’t sure if he liked the sound of that. Suddenly the temperature in the room changed. He could feel himself sweating a bit more. “I don’t know…” He stepped back towards the door.

“Nonsense. You said this is what you wanted. Now stand over there,” Lucius pointed in the opposite direction.

Instantly David’s body listened. He felt himself marching over to the exact point Lucius had pointed. “But--”

“Silence,” Lucius ordered. “You said you wanted to be big. So I will make you big.” He paused and looked David’s body up and down. “Hmmm… You are rather handsome. But the boy next door is just so cliche… You need something to set you apart. Make you different. Let’s see what I’m working with. Clothes removed.”

As the sentence ended everything that David was wearing stripped from his body and fell to the ground around him. He tried to cover himself up but his body wouldn’t listen. He was frozen in place completely nude as Lucius looked over his body.

“Not bad… Descent muscles. But nothing to make you stand out… We need something different. Something that will make people want you.” Lucius took a second looking off into the distance before his eyes lit up again. “Grow.”

David was barely listening. Over and over in his mind he was shouting, ‘Run!’ but his legs wouldn’t listen. They felt glued to the floor, unable to move. However, that word quickly changed to ‘grow’ the moment that Lucius said it. That was the only thing he could think about. He needed his muscles to grow.

Almost on cue they listened. His lean lithe muscles started to grow. His 16 inch arms bulged with a bit more muscle while his pecs stuck out further in front of him. The light dusting of abs solidified into 6 more prominent molds. Down a little further his quads were taking up more space while his calves took on a more diamond shape than they had been.

“Grow.”

That wasn’t enough? David could feel his body listening again. Bones lengthened and thickened to support his added weight. They pushed past anything that he’d ever thought was even possible. Guys on magazines would be jealous because even without digital editing he was growing past them. Dark shadows shaped each and every one of them.

“Grow.”

More? How much more could he grow? David was getting to bodybuilder sized muscles. His arms couldn’t rest against his sides anymore. Shoulders stood far apart making it harder to walk through doorways. He couldn’t see over his bloated pecs anymore and his thighs were pressing up against each other. But it all felt so good. Better than he imagined.

Blood flowed into his dick. Apparently that hadn’t been left behind as massive balls swung between his legs and a rod that could be mistaken for a night stick pointed out in front of him. Outside he looked calm and collected but inside he was begging for release as his balls churned and dick throbbed with pleasure.

“Hair Grow. Hair recede. Hair Darken.”

Instantly a thick long beard grew out of his chin and almost down to his chest. The thick forest of hair offset his shaved head. And it’s dirty blond color quickly darkened to a deep black. It shaped itself to make his chin look incredibly wide and thick. Meanwhile a dusting of dark hair covered his chest and abs. While his groomed pubic hair grew into a dense tangled mess. But even with how much had changed, none of it blocked his cock.

“You work hard. You work outside.”

Callouses formed on his hands. The massive hands looked rough and worn. Dirt was caked on the outside. The same was happening to his feet as they grew larger and thicker to hold up his massive body. His skin was easily twice as thick as it had been, tanned and rough from the sun beating down on him all day, yet there wasn’t a tan line in sight. Every bit of his body was the same golden bronze.

“Better…” Lucius stared at his work. “So much better.”

David looked to be about twice the size he had been with massive muscles that bodybuilders would dream of. The thick cut but dense definition while also a relatively thin waist that showed off his massive size. His brow thickened and gave him a tougher look.

And now that he was released, his hand went straight to his thick cock. Stroking the large shaft with his even larger hands. The roughness of his hands didn’t seem to deter him as he tried to stroke it out. “Oh fuck yeah!” he bellowed as he flexed his body. The overwhelming pleasure ran through his mind making it hard to think about anything else. He slowly came out of the daze, looking at Lucius again. Yet, he couldn’t be mad. Even though his life had seemed to have changed so drastically, he felt an odd comfort around the other man.

“Ya think?” David tossed up a bicep, flexing the over 20 inch arm. With his taller body he knew it was all the more impressive.

“I do,” Lucius said. “But now you’re going to have to use that body. You’re going to have to bring more people to me.” He paused. “Willingly. Of course.”

“Course I know that.” A thick drawl permeated the way David spoke.

“Good.”
