NEW JOB LIFE UPDATE 🥲 *kill me now*

It's your first month. They're making sure that you have the basics, like communication, reliability, and being part of a team. Keep showing up, be a good teammate, and keep your complaints to yourself (or vent on here, that's fine too). Everyone has a different way of approaching their work, and being able to quietly observe and participate is more valuable than the salary. Watch and learn and soak it up like a sponge. With time, you should be able to develop enough rapport with the other doctors that they'll feel that they can trust you when you finally ask, "May I try this procedure?"

That cat knew you needed a hug. He's beautiful. 9 to 6 is feasible, but adding the drive to and from that job and the number of days you work, it will be hard indeed... I guess she needs you to prove yourself? Give her (and yourself) time. You are basically in the trial period, she does'nt know you yet. Wait a bit, show willingness to learn and don't hesitate to ask her (often) once you feel confident enough, to teach you, to let you train with her. That pain is something you have to check up on. It could be discal hernia which is not something you want to leave alone too long (on the upside, if it is that, gaining muscles in your back should help, on the condition that a doctor tells you what exercise you should do or shouldn't). We are here for you, and if you want to talk more, you can contact me privately anytime (I hope you can message us privately with patreon at least)

Stick with it Rana. Things may look crappy at the moment, but at least it's a job and you've got some money coming in so that can't be a bad thing. Fingers crossed things will improve for you there over time, and like you said maybe she is just being cautious and once you've been there a while you'll get a chance to show what you can do. Sending you lots of love.

Just don't give up. Yeah, $40/day does suck. I have days when I barely make that doing deliveries for Ubereats. Just be glad you're earning money, even though they're basically treating you like an intern for now.
