Heavener is the fourth album from the progressive metalcore band, Invent Animate. The album follows a successful cycle of 2020’s Greyview- acclaimed by many in the online metalcore community to be one of the best & most progressive albums of that year.
While also being Marcus Vik’s second release with the group, it is also to be the first with founding member Trey Celeya only on a studio/session basis- due to Celeya joining Fit For a King as their new full-time drummer.
The album is also their first full-length release with Australian independant record label, UNFD, having released an EP in late 2021 on their signing announcement titled The Sun Sleeps, As If It Never Was
