Yui is the member that left for health reasons. They recently announced at the April 1st Babymetal Begins concert that Momo would replace her, and she officially got her microphone on the April 2nd concert. That was Momo in the Light and Darkness video when she was still an avenger. Moa was just doing the whoas in Metal Kingdom. She also does the choreography and crowd control as well, but the Babymetal Returns concert this footage is from, they opted for a more cinematic experience and didn't use it. Moa was asked in an interview if she wanted a more upfront role than just a backup singer and dancer, and she said she doesn't like being put in that position. She's done it a few times for some songs on special occasions like her birthdays though. Headbanger with Moa is a popular video. She also did the Yui-Moa duo songs as solo songs at the Budokan 2021 concert. She definitely has the voice to do it if she wanted to. You still have Pepsi Max? They got rid of the ginseng out of our version here which is sad. Sumetal says the songs are inspired by mythology while in the Babymetal lore, each song represents an alternate dimension. The album is philosophical in nature, and each song is made to make you think, and interpret it, effecting your emotions differently with each listen. An example is that Mirror Mirror is how someone else sees you compared to how you see yourself. There are live versions of the five singles in the wild, including Monochrome. It's from a live Wowow broadcast of the January Babymetal Returns concert. Some of the songs have these slight hiccups in audio level though. There is also a piano version of Monochrome on The First Take.
