This is the 2nd of 3 albums with the original lineup before Cliff Burton passed away. Unfortunately YouTube messed up and I played the first 2 tracks out of order but I did realise straight after!
Let me know if you enjoy these and if there are other great metal bands I should go back and discover!

The Call of Ktulu, you mentioned about hearing voices.. That is just Cliff shredding away in the background. From memory, it was the most Cliff contributed towards a song and it really showcases his talent. Its just unfortunate that Lars and James plus the other producers didn't have his bass louder in the mix.

2024-01-03 09:39:37 +0000 UTCFun fact about Escape.. its the only song on the album in a Major key, hence why it sounds so up beat. I could be wrong about this, but I'm pretty sure it was the last track to be made on the album and sort of made in a radio friendly way.
