Trait Swap Game
Added 2024-05-16 00:48:14 +0000 UTCTo my very loyal patrons, I've managed to get myself to start working on the trait swap game I was planning to make. It's very early in development, but progress is still progress! Here you can see a swap between the character you play, Ted (the one on the far left) and a Gyaru who I haven't named yet (feel free to give me ideas in the comments).
For this game I haven't exactly figured out the mechanics, but I'm thinking about something along the lines of swapping on some sort of device or ID card where you'll swap words between yourself and another character, but you can only do each type of swap once! I'm thinking of starting with 3 types of swaps with one being an archetype, such as above, where Nerd is swapped with Gyaru. I don't want simple swaps like gender, hair color, etc. I'd much rather have swaps with more variety to them.
Now my current plans for other unnamed and yet to be created characters are as follows: teacher, goth or emo, and the shy bookworm. But, hopefully, I can keep the motivation train going. That's all for today, but I appreciate all of you who have stayed despite my lack of updates on everything.
