I sure can. Starting it today.

I have to ask if you could do a Nightmare! My Strahd needs a Beucephalus!

Aaron Stein

Yes, but I'm updating and adding to the packs before putting them on Moulinette, so It's going to take a little time.

The Gorgon

Amazing work! Do you intend to add all your animations to moulinette cloud? Thanks!

Manoel Guidi Alvares

That is great, thanks

I've been able to resize using ffmpeg. I use this command line to resize to 600x600, where in.webm is the source and out.webm is the destination: ffmpeg -c:v libvpx-vp9 -i in.webm -c:v libvpx-vp9 -vf scale=600:600 -metadata:s:v:0 alpha_mode="1" out.webm

Shutter Encoder can enable alpha but it seems the colorspace must be defined in the header of the file. As far as I could see there is no difined Colorspace in the video. I am looking into dynamic resolution changes with a macro so that the animation can be used from one token to another. Thanks for the answer, it is much appriciated.

The only way I've found to preserve the alpha channel is with Adobe Media Encoder and a specific plugin called Fnord. You also have to keep the encode at 4:2:0 and 8bit or Foundry VTT won't like the file sometimes.

Hi, I really like your assets but I sometimes need to rescale them like the flamethrowers but when I do that I lose the Alpha channel. So I tried to use VP9 with alpha channels enables in Shutter Encoder and it does not work, because the encoder can´t find an alpha channel. So could you give me a hint on how to resize them?
