Goal Met!

Earlier tonight, I made my 31st post for the month, which is the goal I'd set for myself. That's three audios, three story posts, nine photo edits, and sixteen photo caption posts (one of which was a series of 4, bringing the monthly total to 19 captions). This is something to brag about because December has been extremely busy and stressful for me. I lost three days of productivity to my COVID booster and six to an internet outage, and I also had Christmas to contend with. By the time I finally got my computer fixed, I wasn't quite sure at first how or if I was going make my goal of 31 posts. I laid out a plan, and I worked every day to get it all done. Now that it's done, I get to breathe a big sigh of relief and say I made it.

I'm impressed at the patience shown by my patrons this month. I kept everyone informed along the way, showed progress, and ultimately delivered to all three tiers, but I never thought my problems would have excused failing to deliver to my patrons, nor would I have expected them to think so. I had quite a few cancellations, but only one of them was for lack of activity (probably a lack of a certain type of activity, even though I delivered enough for three sets of posts to each tier). So, I once again thank all of my patrons for their great patience and understanding. It's incredibly rewarding and encouraging after everything I went through this month to see that this was my blog's best month EVER.

Having met my goal, I'm going to take a few days off from producing content to rest, enjoy my New Year's Eve, and replenish the well of ideas in my head so I can come back next month and work towards having another best month ever with a goal of thirty posts in January.
