Bug Fixes (And A Huge Thank You!) 🐛

We hope you've all been having fun with yesterday's Crown Tundra update.
Firstly, thank you for being so patient with us while we navigate the HUGE amount of trades that we’ve had for the last two days. We are working hard to get all trades through as quickly as possible, and we’re sorry that many of you have had to wait longer than usual for your Pokemon. Things will be back to normal very soon, this is just the initial rush of Crown Tundra hype!
If your Pokemon is taking a while to come through, tap ‘In Queue’ at the bottom of the screen to get an estimate of your wait time.
We’ve also been hard at work fixing bugs - a huge thank you to everyone who has sent in feedback! You’ve all been a huge help. Please make sure to restart the app and tap ‘Update’ to ensure that you’re using the latest version of Swoosh.
Please see below for a list of our recent bug fixes:
Shiny Pokemon
Some Legendary Pokemon were showing as shiny-locked when they can actually be shiny. This is now fixed and you can create them with Swoosh!
Dusk Balls
Many people noticed that their Pokemon were only coming through in Dusk Balls. This bug is now fixed!
Ability Patch
We had a lot of requests to add the Ability Patch as a held item, which we have now done.
Regieleki
This Pokemon kept coming through with an incorrect OT name, trainer ID and other features. We’re happy to say that this is now fixed!
Nidoran (male)
There was a bug preventing Nidoran (male) from being traded, which we have now fixed.
Xerneas
We removed Active Form for this Pokemon, as it shouldn't have been there. Oops!
OT Names
Some people had trouble adding their OT name - as you can guess, this is now fixed! If you still have trouble setting your OT name, please make sure you have first traded us two or three Galar-bred/caught Pokemon. Remember that you can only give your OT name to Pokemon that can be hatched in the Galar region!

Hey Marvin! The shiny bug is fixed now so I *think* you may be giving your Pokemon a move from an older game. Please send a screenshot of its moveset to swooshcreator@icloud.com and I'll take a look!

I've checked and they definitely come through shiny for me - this usually means that you have given them a move that they learn in an older game where they cannot be shiny, so Swoosh automatically changes it for you. I recommend checking the moves at serebii.com!

2020-10-30 00:48:49 +0000 UTCThere are still bugs with connectivity issues. The app keeps timing out the trades before I connect. This, despite the fact that I'm fully connected to the internet. These issues have caused me to loose 300 coins that I paid for, not monthly reward coins.....
