Your November Rewards (Plus More Bug Fixes!)

A big hello from us!

Can you believe it’s almost the end of the year already?

Last month was our one-year Patreon anniversary - we were so busy preparing for the launch of Crown Tundra that we completely missed it!

It’s been amazing to watch our community grow from just a handful of supporters in October 2019 to the amazing group of people that we have here today. We see you chatting in the comments and on Discord, helping and supporting each other. We can’t take any credit for that - it’s all you! Thank you for being here, and for being so incredible.

We hope you’re all enjoying the Crown Tundra update - things have definitely calmed down on our end now so if you’ve been waiting for a quieter time to trade, now’s your chance!

We’ve been hard at work fixing all the bugs, and we’re happy to say that everything seems to be running smoothly now! Here are a few things that we fixed over the weekend:

• All shiny Pokemon should now be working! If your Pokemon comes through non-shiny when you selected shiny, this could be because you have given it a move that it can only learn in an older game where it cannot be shiny. We recommend checking Serebii.com for information about moves.
• Dream Balls, Safari Balls and Sport Balls have now been added to Held Items.
• All missing moves should now be added, if you spot any that we’ve missed please send us a message to let us know.

PRIORITY SUPPORT (TRAINER, LEADER, ELITE, MASTER & CHAMPION)

If you have a question or need help with any of our apps, please message us here on Patreon and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

HOW TO GET ACCESS TO SWOOSH (LEADER, ELITE, MASTER & CHAMPION)

If you have already received access to Swoosh, you don’t need to do this again.

Please visit swooshcreator.com and create an account using your Patreon email address.

Once access has been granted (which usually takes just a couple of minutes, but in rare cases can take up to 24 hours) you will be able to use Swoosh!

OT FEATURE (LEADER, ELITE, MASTER & CHAMPION)

Leaders, Elites, Masters and Champions can all access the OT name feature! To use the OT Name feature, you will first need to trade us two or three Galar-bred Pokemon so that Swoosh can learn your OT name. Custom OT names can only be used with paid priority coin trades.

PKX FEATURE (ELITE, MASTER & CHAMPION)

Elites, Masters and Champions also get access to the PKX feature which allows you to upload custom PKX files to Swoosh - perfect for creating specific Event Pokemon! To use the PKX feature, simply tap 'PKX' near the bottom of the Pokemon creation screen and upload a file. We have a dedicated PKX channel on our Discord where other users share files and useful websites!

FREE SWOOSH COINS (LEADER, ELITE, MASTER & CHAMPION)

If you are a brand-new supporter in November, your free coins will be deposited into your account as soon as you have been granted access to Swoosh.

If you are a returning supporter in November, we will be rolling out the free Swoosh coins in stages this week to ensure that we don't get overwhelmed with trades - we want to make sure you continue to receive your Pokemon quickly!

• Leaders are owed 300 Swoosh coins this month and will receive their code on Thursday 5th November. As this is our biggest group we may need to spread this over two days, so please don’t worry if you don’t receive your coins on Thursday - they’re coming!
• Elites are owed 600 Swoosh coins this month and will receive their code on Wednesday November 4th.
• Masters are owed 1000 Swoosh coins every month and will receive their code on Tuesday November 3rd.
• Champions are owed 1300 Swoosh coins this month and have received their code on Tuesday November 3rd.

Please check the email address associated with your Patreon account on your specific date to receive your coins. If you don’t see the email, it may be in your spam folder.

UNLIMITED FREE TRADES (CHAMPION)

Champion tier supporters get UNLIMITED FREE TRADES!

You have access to our free trades feature, which will allow you to trade as many Pokemon as you like without using coins.

Free coin trades are slower than regular trades, especially at busy times. You still have the option to trade using coins for faster trades during busy times!

Please note that free trades are only activated if you do not have any priority coins to spend, otherwise priority trades will be used from your coin balance. Custom OT names cannot be used with free trades.

FREE CREATORPI COINS (ELITE, MASTER & CHAMPION)

Elite, Master and Champion tier supporters are owed UNLIMITED coins for Creatorpi!

If you have already claimed them, you don’t need to do this again.

If you haven’t, please message us here on Patreon with your 3DS Friend Code and we will add the coins to your account within 48 hours.

Note: Unlimited coins are available while you are an active patron of Celadon.

POKEMON TRADES (ELITE, MASTER & CHAMPION)

Elite supporters are owed one Pokemon trade this month, Master supporters are owed three Pokemon trades this month and Champion supporters are owed five Pokemon trades this month.

This can be for Sword & Shield, Sun & Moon or Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon.

We can either give you the equivalent amount of Swoosh coins so that you can make the Pokemon yourself, or you can give us the details and we will make the Pokemon for you and trade to you manually (this option works best for specific Event Pokemon)

Please let us know which option you would prefer! We can manually trade with you on Saturdays but we are happy to work around your schedule.

POKEMON BATTLES (MASTER & CHAMPION)

Pokemon battles will be taking place on Saturday November 28th. Please let us know a time between 5am and 5pm EDT that you would like to battle!
