The next morning, Gage woke up to a text from Jacen. "How'd it go last night?"

"It was good until she found out about Beverly. She couldn't take that and left."

"Shit, man. Sorry. Want some company?"

"Sure."

"I'll get Ryan, and we'll be right over."

By the time they got there, Gage was having breakfast in nothing but his diaper. "Hey. You guys get some food."

They each grabbed a plate of something and sat down. Ryan spoke first. "What happened, man?"

Gage shook his head. "At first, she was okay with it, or she seemed to be. Then she asked me if I messed, and I said yeah. She said it was gross, and I told her, 'Don't worry because I have a nanny to take care of that.'"

"And she lost her shit?"

"I guess you could say that. She said it was like having another person in the relationship. I said it was just a professional arrangement, and she acted like that was worse."

"Dude, that sucks, bro."

"Yeah, but I get it, you know?"

Jacen looked at him. "You saying she's right?"

"Nah, I'm just saying I see it from her point of view. I said I'd get rid of Beverly if I had a girlfriend who'd take care of me, and she said it was all about me and my needs."

"So, she's saying you're selfish? That's bullshit! You do plenty of shit for other people! Look how you take care of your bros!"

Ryan agreed. "And your fans!"

Gage shook his head. "Yeah, but it's different when you're trying to get with someone. I'm not saying she's right and I'm wrong. I'm just saying she said it may be too much for her to deal with, and I get it."

"Oh. Yeah, I can see that."

"But yeah, it sucks." Gage stood up and got another cup of coffee.

His friends saw the bulk and sag of his diaper. Ryan spoke up. "Whoa! Gage, bro, your diaper's soaked! You need a change!"

"I know."

"Well, is Beverly not here?"

The singer shrugged. "She is. I just didn't want to be changed yet."

"Dude, you can't go around wet like that. You'll leak and get a rash."

Gage snorted. "You want to change me?"

"Not really, but I will."

Jacen's eyes popped open. "WHAT?! You're gonna change his diaper?!"

"Why not? I've changed baby diapers before. I guess it's different, but at least he's not crying and squirming. It's just wet, right?" Gage nodded. "Okay, I can handle that. Where do you keep your spares and stuff?"

Gage grinned. "I'll show you." Amused at the thought of his friend changing his diaper, he led Ryan into a little sitting room where he kept a stash of supplies.

Ryan threw down the changing mat. "Okay, dude, lay your ass down."

Still grinning and half-believing it wouldn't actually happen, Gage did as he was told. He looked up to see Jacen in the doorway, curious to see if it would happen or not. To everyone's surprise but Ryan's, he untaped Gage's soaked diaper, wiped him off, and put a dry one on him after sprinkling on a generous helping of powder. "Nothing to it." He balled up the used one and threw it at Jacen, who blocked it as the other two laughed.

"Thanks, bro. It feels good."

Ryan blushed slightly. "I mean, you're always doing shit for us. It's not that big a deal."

"Yeah? Want to try one on?"

"Me? In a diaper?"

"Yeah. You know I have plenty. If you don't like it, you can take it, and it's no big deal."

Ryan thought for a second. "You know, what the hell? I'll try anything once."

Gage smiled. "Your turn on the changing mat!"

At the door, Jacen was flipping out. "I can't believe this shit! All of a sudden, everybody wants to wear diapers!"

Ryan pointed at him. "You're next, dude!"

"No fuckin' way, man!"

Ryan laughed. "We'll see."

Gage stripped off his friend's shoes, pants, and underwear. He had a little trouble getting the positioning right and had to adjust the fit. "I've never really been on the other end of this before." But he finally got the diaper taped on. "What do you think, bro?"

Ryan looked down at his waist, poking and squeezing the material. He laughed. "Feels weird. Not bad, just weird. I dunno, it's soft, smells good."

"That's the powder. Wait until you wet it, and you'll see what it's all about."

Jacen stepped forward, laughing slightly. "It really feels okay?"

Ryan stood up. "Yeah. And this way, I won't have to take any bathroom breaks while I'm playing."

"Yeah, okay. I just don't know, man. Y'all do you, but I kinda like being a big boy."

Gage leaned over at Ryan. "Just don't expect Beverly to change you. That's not in her job description."

Ryan shrugged. "I guess I can do it myself, unless you want to do it for me."

Gage smiled. "What the hell, man? Maybe I could use the experience."
