Slight delay for the next serial post...
Added 2020-02-26 17:30:01 +0000 UTCSo, unfortunately, looking at where I am at with the next part for the serial, I'm not quite sure I'll be able to have it ready in time.
That's because...my birthday is coming up! I turn 35 on Friday, and I'd love to spend some time with friends and family, and treating myself over the weekend. Given what still needs to be done to get the next part finished (and the copious amounts of alcohol I'll have consumed), releasing a half-finished product wouldn't be fair to you all. That means that there won't be a post this Saturday. Sorry for the late notice -- progress is going well, but I feel it needs an extra day or two to get it just right.
However! That doesn't mean I'm falling behind. In fact, the draft is almost finished -- I'm just not sure I'll be able to get the edit in before the festivities start, and again, I'd feel bad giving you folks an unedited pile of scribbles. I don't plan on making you wait an extra week, though.
The plan for now will be to get the next part into your hands on Monday or Tuesday, and since I expect the edit to be done Sunday at the latest, part 7 should still come out on time. :) And the last part I released should still drop for $3 patrons as scheduled, so no worries there.
Again, my apologies for the late notice on this, I was really hoping to have things ready before the weekend, but I promise to have it in your hands the moment it's ready!
