Waiting for DynDOLOD with FG

Well, since I’ve got nothing better to do while I wait for DynDOLOD and friends to run for four hours, here we are.

The Living Skyrim 3 Beta has gone a lot more smoothly than I ever could’ve hoped. Yes, there have been bugs, but nothing that has outright prevented the game from working. Usually it’s just an out of place mesh or a weird mod interaction here and there. There’s the occasional crash, but I’ve not heard of any repeatable CTD that we haven’t been able to fix. Beta 3 is the culmination of a ton of bug fixes, and I imagine Beta 4 will have even fewer issues to fix. We may even get ahead of the bugs completely soon. (Maybe. Let me dream.)

Regardless, many thanks to everyone who has reported bugs and once again a huge shoutout to everyone on the Dev Team helping me fix things. Your support has not gone unnoticed and every day that goes by we get closer to a perfected LS3.

As for the other lists - we’re doing alright. MOISE is still in a good spot, and I feel no need to update it.

D&D recently was updated to v1.4.0. It contained some bug fixes and mod changes, but honestly it was a fairly small update all things considered. There’s a lot of bugs that need fixing there still. I am uncertain of how I want to proceed with D&D. On the one hand, it’s easiest to just update the list again to 1.5.0 and fix a ton of things. On the other, I’m still kicking around the idea of a complete rebuild of the list with more thoughtful mod selections, especially on the NSFW side of things. I don’t know exactly what I want to do at the moment with it. That said, a rebuild wouldn’t be happening until after LS3 is out of beta if that’s the direction I decide to go, so I’ve got some time to think about it still.

Atelier also received a small update recently - nothing major changed there. I’ve seen the screenshots people have posted from the list and they’ve been great! Keep it up everyone.

Also, I’ve received a couple of requests to fork D&D and MOISE, so keep your eyes peeled for them if and when they happen. As usual, I won’t be supporting them, but I do trust the people involved and they have my full blessing to proceed. Best of luck to them and godspeed.
