Added 2024-08-03 23:36:57 +0000 UTCAdded ability to move the On Foot First Person Camera, you can modify the offsets for individual weapons, or whole categories of weapons. This only modifies the position of the camera when aiming. (the mod is supposed to force aiming when the menu is open so you can see the offsets live, but for some reason the native is bugged. Looking for a solution)
Fixed On Foot First Person Weapon Sway bug
Fixed wrong rotation when a flashlight is equipped in On Foot First Person Camera
Fixed being able to rotate the whole vehicle when a Body Camera is active and Rotate With Mouse checked
Fixed Car First Person Camera's Dynamic FOV smoothness
Fixed flickering edges of screen when using Chase Cameras (all)
Fixed Plane First Person Camera teleporting right when opening it's settings
Changed some descriptions in the menu to be more specific
Added a tutorial that will be displayed on first launch (you can always watch it again by opening the menu -> ViewPointV Settings -> Show Tutorial
On Event Cameras are enabled by default now
Keep reporting bugs you found, I will release another hotfix.

The problem is that when camera positioned perfecrly with the sights, for some reason the bullets go almost sideways, and are misaligned with the barrel of the weapon. You can use the offsets in the menu to try positioning the camera so that it will be aligned with the sights.

2024-08-22 12:13:38 +0000 UTCHey, I've been using this with another mod named Los Santos RED, and while my character is in a controlled state by LSR, while I am in first person, the mod completely takes over control over my character and starts walking another way, until I switch back to third person which is when my character starts walking towards the way it was supposed to go. I am not asking for help here, just letting you know about something that might be a bug. Keep up the great work though, I genuinely love this mod, one of the best mods out there.

2024-08-21 21:28:03 +0000 UTCis there a way to stop the hud/radar from disappearing when switching from shoulder cam to regular (non-viewpointV)? also would it be possible to add a 'switch cam to regular on event' (cutscenes for story or when interacting with shops etc). This is mainly for the user experience as pressing v continously to cycle from cams to allow me to interact with shops or changing cloths as well as changing cams to watch cutscenes feels clunkly? Thanks for the awesome mod and update :D

2024-08-18 23:30:32 +0000 UTCYeah exactly! The way Red Dead Redemption 2 would let you switch from the right and left side of the screen while aiming, super helpful in shootouts. But it's impressive either way, you're doing great work, I'm excited.

2024-08-14 21:23:08 +0000 UTCIf they're having the same issue as me, the mod says something about an unhandled exception and its pointing to the camera manager and when changing to any FPVs it prevents any other cameras from working as well. I've tried both versions and both give the same error

2024-08-11 01:44:18 +0000 UTCThis is not a bug, this is the Depth Of Field effect. It makes the dashboard less focused, and the road more focused to simulate concentration on the road while driving fast. You can disable it via the menu. You will be able to configure it soon.

2024-08-05 07:33:31 +0000 UTCIs there an offset adjustment for unarmed in first person mode? Also for adjusting weapon category offsets the adjustments carry over to other weapon categories. For example I change the assault rifle adjustment, when I switch to a pistol it would have the assault rifle settings. Also sometimes when I launch the game I can't switch to the viewpoint cameras and it would just be the default cameras but works when i restart the game
