After sharing the first two photo sets last week, I'm continuing the series of posts dedicated to my shoot with Ivan Guzman Photography.

As you'll notice from the photos I shared previously, I started off the shoot clothed and then undressed to my underwear before going fully nude. As a model, I find that this natural progression during a shoot allows for a much more relaxed process, especially when working with a photographer you've never worked with before. I had just met Ivan about an hour before these photos were taken, so imagine how odd it would be to go from an introduction to being immediately nude in from of someone were it not for this buffer!

Due to the fact that I'm usually a little nervous at the start of each shoot, it usually takes a slight warming-up process before being comfortable in front of the camera. So, I appreciate being able to "dip my toes into the pool" in terms of nudity with a photographer before completely undressing. As strange as it may sound, once my nerves have subsided, I usually feel more comfortable being nude during a shoot than I did while dressed. It's almost as if I don't know what to do with myself in terms of looking natural before the clothes come off!

Each of these photos, 26 in total, was shot in full color before Ivan converted them to black and white and I think he definitely made the right choice artistically. There's a soft and sensitive quality to the style here and I feel as though the entire series showcases me in a different light than I've seen before. For my intended aesthetic, it's all about balancing eroticism with sophistication and it's amazing when a photographer understands and enhances that concept.

Once we were finished shooting this set of intimate portraits, Ivan and I decided to move on and capture a series of bold, full-color nude photos that I'll be sharing with you next. I've found them to be an interesting contrast to this black-and-white grouping and am looking forward to posting them in the next few days for you to enjoy.

See below for a ZIP file of all 26 photos if you'd like to download them.
